Appointments & Deposits A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Confirming Your Appointment Appointments must be confirmed through the confirmation text message sent prior to your appointment. Unconfirmed appointments may be canceled to allow availability for other clients. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice. This is in order for me to try and fill that spot on short notice. Deposits may be transferred one time if an appointment is rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will result in the loss of the deposit, and a 50% fee of the scheduled service may apply. Late Arrivals & No-Shows Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may need to reschedule. No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
